California’s law to end the sales of flavored tobacco represents one of the most important public health policies passed in the state, if not the nation.

Even though cities, counties, and voters across the state have enacted landmark policies to end the sale of flavored tobacco products, the Tobacco Industry continues to undermine the voters.
