Learn more about this year’s I&E Days theme, how to deliver impactful messages, and structure successful legislative visits.

1–2 PM — Meeting Leads Preparation
For meeting leads: guidance on roles, expectations, and effective team coordination. All invited to attend and we will be holding Meeting Leads Office Hours after the event from 2-2:30pm to offer personalized support.

1–2 PM — I&E Days Office Hours .(optional)
Open support session for any participant needing help with logistics, prep, or planning.
May 6
1–2 PM — What You Need to Know Before You Go
Your final prep session ahead of I&E Days—covering expectations, schedules, technology, and key tips for a successful advocacy experience.
