Midwest Academy Strategy Chart (MASC)

The Midwest Academy Strategy Chart (MASC) is a campaign strategizing tool used in community organizing to help coalitions plan and execute campaigns effectively.  It can be used to identify goals, resources, people power, decision-makers, and tactics. This chart helps organizers and communities visualize their campaign strategy and align tactics with their goals. The Tobacco Endgame Center has a variety of resources to assist you with completing your MASC so you and your coalition can achieve success.  For additional information on the MASC, review Phase 2 in the Campaign Playbook.
